Quezon City Police District (QCPD) operatives seized P3,400,000 worth of alleged shabu and arrested a man in a buy-bust in Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, Wednesday morning, April 12.
Lt. Col. Jerry Castillo, QCPD Novaliches Station (PS 4) commander, identified the suspect as Bryan Santos, a resident of Brgy. Sta. Lucia, Novaliches, Quezon City.

The PS 4, in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), launched the buy-bust operation against the suspect at a vacant lot on Araceli St. in Brgy. Gulod at around 7 a.m. They confiscated 500 grams of shabu worth P3,400,000, the buy-bust money, a green sling bag, and a cellphone. Santos will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Act of 2002, police said.
