St. Bernadette College of Alabang celebrates 40th anniversary with stage play

In celebration of its 40th founding anniversary with the theme “RISE @40: Rallying for Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence," St. Bernadette College of Alabang (SBCA) proudly presents the restaging of the stage play entitled "Pag-ibig ni Rama," a literary-musical adaptation of the Hindu epic Ramayana.
This musical production, which features the homegrown talents of the students from the Basic Education Department, is set on April 14 and 15, 2023 at the South Park Alabang Ayala Malls Cinema 1, Muntinlupa City.
The script is written by SBCA principal Maria Ramona Cosay-Gonzales, together with SBCA alumna Maureen Acosta-Layno who also directed the play. Co-directing the production and choreography respectively are SBCA alumni RC Montalbo and Erlony Prudente. It is produced by Ma. Flordeliza Rabonza-De Guzman, vice president for Academic Affairs of the said school with creative and production support from the SBCA Junior and Senior High School Supreme Student Council.
"Pag-ibig ni Rama" is one of the major fund-raising events of the school this year. Parts of the proceeds will be used to improve the school’s facilities while the rest will be used for charity works.
