16-year-old yields shabu in Taguig

A 16-year-old male was arrested by the police after he yielded suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation in Taguig on April 11.  The Taguig police’s Drug Enforcement Unit arrested the minor at about 1:30 a.m. in an operation on Road 19 in Barangay New Lower Bicutan.

Recovered from him were 10 plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing 17.7 grams with a value of P120,360 and two P100 bills used as buy-bust money.  The suspect, classified as a Child in Conflict with the Law (CICL), and the illegal drugs will be turned over to the Southern Police District Forensic Unit in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig.
