300 blood bags collected in Bulacan bloodletting activity

A total of 300 bags of blood were collected during a synchronized bloodletting activity held in the province of Bulacan on Easter Sunday, April 9. The bloodletting activity, led by the Triskelion de Bulacan Provincial Council (BPC) and the Department of Health-Philippine Blood Center (DOH-PBC), was conducted at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium in the City of Malolos, Norzagaray Yellow Building Municipal compound, and Marilao Convention Center. It was dubbed “Dugoyanihan: Isang Pamilya, Isang Kapatiran,” in line with the 23rd anniversary of the Tau Gamma Phi-Triskelion de Bulacan Provincial Council. The bags of blood will be deposited at Bulacan Provincial Blood Center which will eventually be used for various medical purposes and to help patients who are in dire need of blood. The Tau Gamma Phi-Triskelion de Bulacan Provincial Council executive committee thanked Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando, Vice Governor Alex C. Castro, Bulacan First District Representative Danilo Domingo, Bulacan 5th District Representative Ambrosio "Boy" Cruz Jr., 4th District Representative Linabelle Villarica, and Talino at Galing ng Pinoy (TGP) Partylist Representative Bong Teves Jr.  for their support to the activity.
