BAGUIO CITY – Police apprehended the fourth and seventh most wanted persons here on Good Friday.
Police identified the suspects as Joshua Asuncion, 24, and Noegie Cos Caingas, 29.
Asuncion, the No. 4 most wanted person, was arrested in this city for rape by the Baguio City Police Office Station 5 , Police Regional Office-Cordillera, and Philippine National Police-Special Action Force.
Warrant of arrest against Asuncion was issued by Judge Michael Francisco of Branch 6, Regional Trial Court, Baguio City.
The BCPO Stations 8 and 9, in coordination with the Bolinao, Pangasina Municipal Police Station, arrested Caingas, alias “Denden,” 29, in his hideout in Bolinao.
Caingas, the No. 7 most wanted person here, faces a case of robbery with force upon things before the Branch 7, Regional Trial Court, Baguio City. The court recommended a bail of P72,000 for his temporary freedom.
