A fireman was injured in a fire that gutted at least eight houses in Quezon City on Tuesday morning, April 11.
Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (QCDRRMO) said the fireman sustained minor injuries on his right hand.
According to the initial report of the Bureau of Fire and Protection (BFP), the blaze on St. Paul Street in Barangay Horseshoe was raised to first alarm at 6:38 a.m.
The fire took more than two hours before it was put under control at 8:56 a.m.
It was extinguished at 9:47 a.m.
BFP said an architectural office was also damaged in the fire incident.
Authorities have yet to determine the origin of the fire.
