36 arrested in 3-day anti-criminality operation in Bulacan
Bulacan police arrested 33 people in a three-day anti-criminality operation in the province from March 30 to early morning of April 1.
Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan police director, said three drug suspects were arrested in buy-bust operations conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Units (SDEUs) of Calumpit and San Ildefonso Police on April 1.
Seized were 14 sachets of suspected shabu and buy-bust money.
On March 31, six wanted persons were arrested in separate operations conducted by tracker teams of the City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM), Baliwag, Pandi, Bulacan Criminal Investigation and Detection Group; and joint operatives of Bulacan's second Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) and Pandi police.
On March 30, 14 wanted persons were arrested by the first and second PMFC of Meycauayan City, Marilao, Bocaue, Calumpit, Guiguinto, Sta Maria, Bustos, and Norzagaray Police.
Meanwhile, nine suspects included in the Philippine National Police's drug watchlist were arrested in a series of buy-busts conducted on Thursday by the SDEUs of Meycauayan City, Bocaue, CSJDM, Malolos, and Bulakan.
Seized from the nine suspects were 25 sachets of suspected shabu, assorted drug paraphernalia, and buy-bust money.
In CSJDM, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) dismantled a makeshift drug den.
Police said four men identified as Prince Edgard Austria Tomas, 24; Rennel Marinas Baniaga, 47; Aljon Princepe Malaluan, 23; and Raymundo Cainoy Cabiles, 39, were arrested.
Police seized seven sachets with around 12 grams of suspected shabu worth P82,000, assorted drug paraphernalia, and buy-bust money.
