Santos Knight Frank's property and facilities management teams bag regional citation

Santos Knight Frank’s Property and Facilities Management teams were recently recognized as among the best in the region during the RICS Awards 2022 Southeast Asia.

Organized by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the prestigious program showcases the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction, and infrastructure and recognize outstanding achievement, teamwork, and companies.

Santos Knight Frank, country’s leading real estate services company, has managed over 22 million square meters of property nationwide. It has been providing transactional, advisory, valuations, and property and facilities management services to private clients and a wide range of companies for over 28 years.

The teams were both given the “highly commended” recognition in both the property management and facilities management categories of the awards.

The facilities management award lauded Santos Knight Frank’s team involved in supporting the operations of Cardinal Santos Medical Center in San Juan, especially during a pandemic period. Meanwhile, the property management award recognized Santos Knight Frank’s team managing 14 residential condominiums of Robinsons Land Corporation in 2021.

Last year, Santos Knight Frank was named a regional finalist at RICS Awards Southeast Asia, recognizing its work in managing Peninsula de Punta Fuego, a residential development in Nasugbu, Batangas. It was also named as “Best International Leasing Agency” globally during the most recent International Property Awards.
