Cristy Fermin details alleged mass resignation order on 'Eat Bulaga' production workers

Veteran showbiz scribe Cristy Fermin spilled more tea regarding the supposed power struggle within “Eat Bulaga.”

On her online show, "Showbiz Now Na," Cristy finally named names.

According to Cristy, the personality being eased out of the show is none other than its longtime producer, Tony Tuviera.

She said, "Pinangalanan na po ang mga personalidad na sangkot dito sa kumpanya na ito. Ang nakasanayan na po natin, na nakikita sa mundo ng showbiz sa lokal na aliwan, na si Mr. Tony Tuviera..."

As to the person supposedly eager to have him removed, she said, "Ang tinutukoy na sinasabing mag-take over sa pamamalakad ng 'Eat Bulaga!' ay yung pinakamalaking share sa TAPE Inc., Romeo Jalosjos, Sr."

Cristy shared the three children of the former congressman went to the office of TAPE Inc. last Feb. 28.

"Ang unang-una raw na ginawa ng magkakapatid na ito ay pumasok sa office ni Mr. Tuviera, tinanggalan siya ng mesa, tinanggalan ng kagamitan at yung anak nga ni Ginoong Jalosjos ang naupo duon," Cristy said.

She related that one of the children, Romy's daughter, wants to host the show.

The sons supposedly want to manage the business.

"Tapos ang sumunod na kwento po ng aming impormante, binigyan daw po ng mass resignation ang lahat ng mga miyembro ng produksyon. Lahat ng miyembro ng produksyon, may mass resignation na dapat gawin. At ang kanilang sabi: 'Babalikan na lang namin ang kung sino ang gusto namin kuhanin.'"

Cristy deemed the situation a "test of loyalty."

"Yan ang mundo. Mamimili ka talaga - kanan or kaliwa. Kung saan ka maligaya, talagang duon ka," she said.

She continued that Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon will be taken out along with Tony.

"Aalis ng 'Eat Bulaga!' at gagawa sila ng panibagong noontime show na ang title ay 'Dabarkads,'" she said.

As for the other hosts, Cristy said: "Tataya po sila dito."

"Pilian na po ito e. Pero di po natin maalis na meron dyan na ilan, kumbaga, kunwari nag-strike sa isang kumpanya: 'Walang papasok!' May papasok," she shared, relating: "kasi ang kanilang inaalala kalam ng sikmura ng kanilang pamilya."

Meanwhile, Cristy believes that contrary to reports, Willie Revillame will not be joining the show as a replacement for Tito, Vic, and Joey.

She ended, "Sana naman kung saan man paroroon ang programang ito, para sa nakakarami pa rin. Walang masaktang manggagawa, walang mga host na malalagay sa alanganin. At higit sa lahat sana ang publiko ang magkaroon ng malaking partisipasyon."
