Sandro vows justice for slain Negros Oriental governor

Presidential son and Ilocos Norte 1st district Rep. Sandro Marcos has personally promised that "justice will be served" in connection with the death of Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo. In an Instagram story posted Saturday, March 4, Marcos appeared devastated after learning about news that Degamo had been cut down in his home province by assassins earlier that day. "There are no words I can say to even begin how I'm feeling. Rest in peace Gov," the senior deputy majority leader wrote. "Thank you for everything. I promise justice will be served," he added. The upload came with a picture of Marcos and Degamo during a campaign sortie last year.
