Muntinlupa Rep. Fresnedi ranks 14th among top performing neophyte solons
Muntinlupa Rep. Jaime Fresnedi placed 14th in a survey for the highest performing neophyte lawmakers at the House of Representatives.
The RP-Mission and Development Foundation (RPMD) “Boses ng Bayan” independent survey was conducted among 10,000 adult respondents.

Fresnedi won his first term as Muntinlupa representative in the May 2022 elections. He previously served as mayor of Muntinlupa. In the survey, Fresnedi got a rating of 72.8 percent and ranked 14th among the 126 neophyte lawmakers. House Senior Deputy Majority Leader Ferdinand Alexander Araneta Marcos III placed first with 95.8 percent followed by Cavite First District Rep. Jolo Revilla III, 91.7; Cebu City Second District Rep. Eduardo Rama, 91.5 percent; Laguna Third District Rep. Amben Amante, 89.4 percent; Quezon City Fourth District Rep. Marvin Rillo, 88.7 percent; Nueva Ecija Fourth District Rep. Emeng Pascual, 88.6 percent; Cebu First District Rep. Rhea Mae Gullas, 88.6 percent; Quezon City Sixth District Rep. Marivic Co-Pilar, 88.5 percent; and Zambales First District Rep. Jay Khonghun, 88.5 percent. RPMD’s Dr. Paul Martinez said the “evaluations are essential in providing a glimpse into the performance of the country's district and party-list representatives, who have been tasked to represent every district and the marginalized sectors of society. Through these ratings, the public can gauge the effectiveness of these representatives in fulfilling their mandate and addressing the needs of their constituents.”
