During a presentation, Francine, Seth, Andrea, Belle, and Donny shared some advice.

"As your Ate, I would like to remind you to always keep your feet on the ground and accept rejections. And magkamali lang kayo ng magkamali kasi yun yung magiging tulay niyo to a successful life and successful career. And always remember to keep moving forward, to keep on fighting every day and have that brave and kind heart," Francine said.

Seth, on the other hand, reiterated how Star Magic is a "family."

Andrea gave some pointers.

First, she talked about handling bashers.

According to her, it's part of being a celebrity and there will always be those who will put them down.

"You should not and you cannot please everyone," she stressed.

Andrea added that they should pay them mind.

"Alam ko ang hirap nun, pero they don't really matter. What matters kung paano ka bilang tao, bilang artista - kung masipag, mabait sa lahat o nang aapak ng iba upang makaangat?"

She said that there will come a time that some of them might "demand" and "think" of what they "deserve" but they should be reminded that the star will align for them if it's meant to be.

"Iisipin natin na 'Sana ako din,' 'Sana ako na lang,' 'Kailan kaya ako?' Matagal na ako dito (sa showbiz). Listen, guys, your time will come. You have to believe in God's timing. And Siya lang talaga ang makakapagsabi kung anong deserve natin," Andrea reiterated.

"Ako, I had to work hard for 10 years para mabilhan ko ng bahay yung pamilya ko. It took some time, yes, pero it happened," she added.

Andrea also reminded, "Andito tayo kasi may pangarap tayo. Hindi ito pabilisan. Hindi para malaman kung sinong mas mabilis sisikat. Nandito tayo kasi may goal tayong lahat."

"Its really important to be kind to one another. Hindi lang sa kapwa niyo artista, hindi lang sa mga boss natin, dapat pati sa staff, pati sa crew. You should give equally respect to everyone. You should never feel superior kasi malay niyo sa next project niyo sila na yung direktor niyo, di ba? Sila na yung boss niyo."

Andrea pointed out how she's a firm believer that if you do good, the same will always come back to you.

"If you show humility, remain responsible, hardworking, God-fearing, and kind, everything will fall into place," she said.

"Let's focus on ourselves. If you fall, get back up. If you made a mistake, it's okay. Lahat tayo dito tao. Bata pa nga natin, di ba? Ako nga, I made a lot of mistakes pero ang importante is natuto tayo. We learned from it to do not make the same mistakes twice. And bata pa tayo guys, let's enjoy our youth. Let's enjoy our youth na walang natatapakang iba."

She also talked about the actor's responsibility.

"I mean, pwede kayo mag-party, go. Gawin niyo yan. Pero make sure kinabukasan sa taping memorize niyo lines. Makes sure kinabukasan sa taping nakikinig sa direktor. If you can't do that sacrifice muna yung party kasi ginusto natin to, di ba? If you want to be successful, then you need to make some sacrifices," she said. "With that being said magtulungan tayong lahat. Nasa iisang kumpanya lang naman tayo. Lagi natin piliin ang pagmamahal. Good luck sa journey."

Belle attested to what Andrea said.

During her speech, she tackled the importance of patience in her 12-year career.

According to her, being in showbiz since she was 9 years old, there was a time when she really wanted to give up.

"I don't know, I started to question if this was for me. Like, I started to question myself. But then along the way, I also learned to believe and to dream," she shared.

"I want you to embody that," she advised.

Then Belle went on to add how humility could take someone further in life.

As for Donny, he reminded that each and every single one of them has a purpose in life.

"It's no accident that you're literally sitting and standing where you are right now at this time tonight," was how he put it.

He said there are so many people who want to be in their place.

"And here you are. And that because of a reason that you guys have to find out with yourself, with God, with people who love you, who you loved," he added.

Donny also told them to not forget the ones who have been with them from the very start.

"Because those were the ones who would have to believe in you and tell you the truth even if it hurts. So for me, this Star Magic family of ours, consider it your family talaga. Yung mga handlers niyo, mga RM - pamilya niyo yan. They will fight for you and they will make sure that they're there for you even at your lowest times."

He also talked about surrounding themselves with people who will push them to reach their dreams and will motivate them to strive for greatness always.

"Tama sabi ni Belle patience is key. Tita Cory (Vidanes) always says 'Patience is a virtue.' And I know you guys are from Star Magic so if you took workshops, Direk Rahyan (Carlos) would always say 'You're only as good as your last work.' So never settle, di ba? The moment we figure out we're the best, that's when our downhills start, I believe. There's always room for growth to learn."
