Severed feet wrapped in plastic found in Bacolod

BACOLOD CITY – A pair of severed human feet was found in front of an establishment on C.L. Montelibano St., Barangay Villamonte here on Wednesday, March 29. Capt. Greeky Cayao, head of Police Station 4, said that an employee found the severed feet placed inside separate plastic bags. A note was left but police refused to divulge more details as it contains sensitive information that could probably affect the investigation. Cayao said they are looking into alleged harassment or threat as possible motive. He, however, did not elaborate further while investigation is ongoing. Two months ago, two severed hands along with a list of alleged drug personalities were also discovered in Barangay 2 here. However, Cayao said the incident in his area could not be linked to the case in Barangay 2 in January.
