Former PBA player Fritz Gaston named PSC commissioner

Fritz Gaston has been appointed commissioner of the Philippine Sports Commission. His appointment came Friday, March 24, completing the members of the PSC Board. He joins fellow commissioners Walter Torres, Edward Hayco and Bong Coo, and chairman Richard Bachmann. Gaston is a former PBA player and women's national team coach, as well as a former Games and Amusements Board commissioner. He is the father of Chery Tiggo volleyball player Ponggay Gaston.
