Bulacan police nab 19 drug suspects, wanted felons in anti-crime ops
The Bulacan Provincial Police Office (PPO) arrested eight drug suspects and 11 wanted felons during several anti-illegal drugs and anti-criminality operations held on Tuesday, March 28, and Wednesday, March 29.

In reports submitted to Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan police director, three drug dealers were arrested in separate anti-drug operations by the City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM) and Bustos police on March 29. The first to fall was Joseph Torres who was apprehended in Brgy. Tungkong Mangga, CSJDM. Two other suspects, identified as William Salgatar and Jorge Delos Santos alias "Master" were caught in Brgy. Poblacion, Bustos. During the operations, a total of eight sachets of suspected shabu were recovered from the suspects. Torres was found in possession of a caliber. 38 revolver loaded with three rounds of ammunition, while alias "Master" had a caliber. 45 pistol chamber with a magazine with three rounds. Last March 28, five drug peddlers were also apprehended in a series of anti-illegal drug operations by Sta. Maria, Bocaue, and Norzagaray police. The arrested suspects were identified as Rowel De Vera, Marlon Yancha, Ejay Follente, Chito Hilautan, and Sylvia Mesina. Seized from them was suspected shabu worth P44,200. The Bulacan PNP also arrested 11 felons wanted for various crimes and violations. The warrant operatives of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, Norzagaray, Meycauayan, Plaridel, Paombong, San Rafael, Pulilan, Malolos, Bocaue, and Marilao police worked together to track and apprehend the wanted felons. The success of these operations is in accordance with the directives of Central Luzon police regional director Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. to the Bulacan police to maintain peace and order in the province.
