The Office of the Ombudsman (OMB) announced on Wednesday the suspension of work on Thursday and Friday, March 12 to March 13, as a precautionary measure due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) threat.
“The Office of the Ombudsman will be suspending work on 12 and 13 March 2020 in order to sanitize our work stations and public spaces to ensure the health of all concerned,” the OMB said in an advisory. The Ombudsman offices in Quezon City, Cebu City, Tacloban City, Iloilo City, Davao City, and Cagayan de Oro will be closed on those days. The OMB said work at their offices will resume on Monday (March 16).
