Two mobile coronavirus disease (COVID-19) serology testing clinics were deployed by the Manila city government in Pandacan and Tondo on Monday morning.Â

The said mobile clinics were stationed at Barangay 97 in Tondo and Barangay 836 in Pandacan.
Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso said this is one of their steps towards an aggressive approach in mass testing in barangays.
"This is the start of our saturation drive in the city. Kapag kayo ay napuntahan, ibig sabihin kayo ay may pinakamaraming nag-positive sa COVID. May dapat tayong ipag-alala, may dapat tayong pangambahan (If the mobile trucks are deployed in your barangay, that means you have a high number of COVID-19 cases. We have a reason to be concerned)," he said in his speech.
Each testing truck has a capacity of 100 tests per day. Members of the Manila Health Department (MHD) will collect blood samples from patients that will be analyzed by the city government's serology testing machines.
The clinics, that open at 8 a.m., will transfer to two barangays per day upon the assessment of the MHD, Manila Barangay Bureau, and the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO).
Similar to the city's walk-in and drive-thru testing clinics, patients will be informed of their results through text and mail. They can also pick up their results at the Quirino Grandstand releasing lane.
