Lady cop, lover nabbed in Bohol motel

CEBU CITY – A married policewoman and her lover were arrested inside a motel room in Talibon town, Bohol province, on Tuesday, March 28. Their arrest at past 1 p.m. stemmed from the complaint of the policewoman’s husband, also a police officer. The policewoman is 28, and her flame is a 37-year-old policeman. They are assigned to the Regional Personnel Holding Administrative Office of the Police Regional Office-Central Visayas and hold ranks of patrolwoman and corporal, respectively. The corporal is single. The husband, who is a patrolman, is assigned to the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company of the Cebu Provincial Police Office. Their alleged infidelity was discovered when the husband tailed his wife when she left home at past noon Tuesday. The husband reported to the Talibon Police Station when he caught her wife and the corporal checking in a motel in Talibon. Operatives of the Talibon police accompanied the husband to the motel. Staff Sgt. Rodel Garcia, investigator-on-case, said the corporal was naked when he and the patrolwoman were caught inside the motel room by the husband and the responding policemen. The two lovebirds are facing charges of adultery.
