DFA suspends passport, other consular services from Tuesday until further notice

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Tuesday suspended the operations of all passporting and other consular services beginning on Tuesday (March 17) until further notice in the whole of Luzon island following the implementation of an enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) amid the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

Passport applicants with confirmed appointments and those seeking authentication and civil registration will be accommodated once operations resume.
Applicants with questions or emergencies may get in touch with the Consular Office where their appointment was scheduled. Alternatively, the public may email [email protected] or call 8651 9400 for questions or inquiries.
Meanwhile, the DFA Consular Services in Visayas and Mindanao will be operating with skeletal workforces and will provide services only to individuals with urgent consular needs, such as overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and those with medical emergencies, also beginning on March 17 until further notice.
