The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) announced the temporary closure of its main building in Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City starting July 28 until further notice due to the implementation of preventive measures against COVID-19.
In an advisory on Monday, the main building will be temporarily closed as part of the department’s assessment of public health and safety measures currently in place.
“Another announcement will be made in 48 hours after the assessment,” the DFA said.
The department said that the DFA consular office in ASEANA and other consular offices will remain open for service, in accordance with their operating hours.
The DFA advised the public to keep up to date on its latest news and advisories through its official social media platforms.
