KAMPO HENERAL PACIANO RIZAL, Sta. Cruz, Laguna -- Police anti-drugs operatives arrested a street-level individual for dealing P200,000 worth of shabu during a buy-bust operation on early morning of Tuesday, March, 28 in Sta. Cruz town.
The suspect, known only as Darren, and a resident of Sta. Cruz, was collared while transacting shabu to a police poseur buyer at Sitio Bayside, Brgy. Gatid around 4:45 a.m., according to Laguna Police director Col. Randy Glenn Silvio.

Police seized from the suspect five plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing 29 grams with an estimated value of P200,000, a pouch with P500 inside, a motorcycle, and the marked money.
The suspect is now under the custody of Sta. Cruz police and the confiscated pieces of evidence will be submitted to the Crime Laboratory for forensic examination in preparation for the filing of charges.
Silvio said, "the Laguna PNP will not stop conducting anti-drug operations against those who use or sell illegal drugs, even if they are in the government.”
