F2 Logistics to show more fire against PLDT for first PVL podium
F2 Logistics head coach Regine Diego wants the Cargo Movers to ignite more fire when they attempt to finish the best-of-three battle for third series against the PLDT High Speed Hitters for their first podium finish in the Premier Volleyball League.
The Cargo Movers, who made their breakthrough in the semifinals two years since their participation, are eyeing the bronze medal in Game Two.
However, F2 Logistics had to recover from its opening set hiccup first before rushing back into action in the next three frames to come away with a 21-25, 25-22, 25-18, 25-17 win, something that Diego no longer wants to deal with in their next and hopefully last encounter with PLDT.

“Siyempre okay iyon. Kasi at least mabilis nila mababago at nakaka-adjust agad sila. But it’s better if they take advantage agad sa start,” said F2 Logistics head coach Regine Diego.
The Cargo Movers also took some inspiration from their former head coach Ramil De Jesus who made his first PVL appearance.

Two years since joining the league in March 2021, Benson Bocboc has been calling the shots for the team before Diego took the helm this season as the league’s first-ever female tactician.
With the core players under the mentorship of De Jesus in the past, the team felt “safe and guided” in his presence and pulled off the victory.
“Naka-help na andoon si coach Ramil, dumating siya talagang ginanahan sila.
“Siyempre na-inspire kaming lahat na andito siya kasi lahat naman kami, the core group, dumaan kay coach Ramil. So parang he’s here, I know we’re safe or guided. Parang gano’n. Masaya kami andito siya. He’s back sa court,” added Diego.
The win, which moved them on the cusp of their potential best season finish thus far, was also dedicated to the multi-titled coach.
Still, the Cargo Movers refused to relax and will come out more aggressive when it faces the High Speed Hitters in Game Two on Tuesday, March 28, at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
