Globe Telecom (Globe) and Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) both announced that its customers can pay their current bills 30 days after its due date.
"We are giving all Globe Postpaid (mobile and broadband), including business and enterprise customers nationwide, a 30-day bill payment extension from your due date," Globe said.
Customers of Globe were also encouraged to download its official apps, GlobeOne and Globe At Home, “to track their data usage, subscribe to promos, and pay their bills.”
PLDT said the 30-day payment extension period covers its postpaid customers of PLDT Home, PLDT Enterprise, and Smart & Sun Postpaid.
"We hope this enables you to work and study from home and get the latest information that will help you take the right actions in caring for the health and wellness of your loved ones," PLDT said.
