The Taguig City local government has come up with rules on the use of motorcycles, bicycles, and electronic bikes (e-bikes) under the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ).

In a Facebook post Saturday on the I Love Taguig FB page, the city government laid out the rules on the said vehicles.
Bikes, motorcycles, and e-bikes can be used in Taguig as a means of transportation for those who are tasked to buy food and other essentials for their household and those who have to report for work.
Only one occupant however is allowed on board the said vehicles when doing so.
The rider must also present his or her unified quarantine pass, company ID, or certificate of employment during inspections at checkpoints all over the city.
They must also be wearing a facemask, a helmet, and other protective equipment necessary when riding on such vehicles.
