The Quezon City local government announced on Monday, Jan. 31, that the city has breached its five-million vaccination mark against the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Based on the data reported on Feb. 1, the city has deployed a total of 5,011,212 vaccine doses in the city, 2,165,205 of which are fully vaccinated while 2,219,118 have received their first dose.
The city also recorded 233,722 minors inoculated against the virus.
On Jan. 31, Quezon City opened its COVID-19 vaccine registration for the 5 to 11 years age group.
Mayor Joy Belmonte announced that around 140 vaccination sites are operating across the city last Jan. 31.
The local government urged its residents to get vaccinated against COVID-19 and visit the https://qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph/qcvaxeasy to register and confirm their schedule of vaccination.
