Pangasinan gov't reports 4 COVID-19 recoveries

By Liezle Basa Inigo LINGAYEN – The provincial government of Pangasinan has reported the recovery of four patients from the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). They were from Urdaneta City, Lingayen, and Bayambang. The four COVID-19 survivors were a 73-year-old female, and a 58-year-old female from Lingayen, who were both treated at the Pangasinan Provincial Hospital; a 53-year-old female from Urdaneta City; and a 71-year-old male from Bayambang. Meanwhile, the Provincial Health Office (PHO) reported total of 209 suspect or patients Under Investigation (PUIs), with 126 recovered, 45 confined, and 38 deaths. It also reported that 94.3 percent of persons placed under monitoring (PUMs), or 89,002, have completed their 14-day quarantine. Of the 94,368 PUMs, 4,985 (5.3 percent) have yet to complete quarantine; while 381 or .4 percent did not complete their quarantine. The ongoing extreme enhanced community quarantine in the province will be until April 30.
