PAL cancels some flights to and from US, Canada due to quarantine processing constraints

Philippine Airlines (PAL) announced on Tuesday (June 8) that certain flights to and from the U.S. and Canada are canceled due to unavoidable constraints in quarantine processing capacity in Manila.
In a statement, the flag carrier said government authorities are unable to give them an allocation for international arrival slots at Manila airport because of unavoidable constraints in quarantine processing capacity in the metro.
The flights are the following:
- PR102/103 Manila-Los Angeles-Manila on June 10
- PR104/105 Manila-San Francisco-Manila on June 10
- PR116/117 Manila-Vancouver-Manila on June 10
- PR126 Manila-New York JFK on June 11
- PR127 New York JFK-Manila on June 12
- PR102 Manila-Los Angeles on June 11
- PR103 Los Angeles-Cebu, in lieu of Manila, on June 11 (arrival date in Cebu is June 13)
