Mayor Labella wants Cebu City to remain under GCQ

Around 25, 000 people have already been tested for the coronavirus disease since March, Labella noted. Of which, 10,000 underwent PCR-based testing, while 15,000 underwent rapid testing. “As of yesterday, I think, umaabot ng 3,000 'yung found positive. Ninety percent are asymptomatic. The good news is 1,700 have recovered,” he said. He also said that the recovery rate of Cebu City, which is around 54.10 percent, is higher than the national, which is 24.7 percent. The mayor said he is hoping that the Inter-Agency Task Force will consider his suggestion.
