Health officials confirm 5th COVID-19 fatality in Bulacan

By Freddie Velez CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan -- A 57-year-old man from the City of San Jose Del Monte, who was reported as the Bulacan’s newest coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patient has died. This was confirmed by the Provincial Health Office (PHO) in Bulacan Sunday evening, as the death toll in the province reached five. The positive test result on the patient also brought the tally of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Bulacan to 23. The PHO likewise reported that the number of probable cases in the province was now 135, while the suspected cases was 340. The PHO added that five patients have already recovered from the deadly disease, the latest of which was a resident of the City of San Jose Del Monte.
