Fall in love with Alfred Dichaves, Verniece Enciso's SDE wedding video
Plus, snippets of their heartfelt vows
Finally, the SDE (same-day-edit) we've been waiting for is out. Shot by wedding videographer Jason Magbanua, the video starts off with the bride, Verniece Enciso, praying inside the wedding limousine outside the church. The next clip shows the presiding priest telling Alfred, "*nag-iba ang simbahan namin, ang simbahan na ito ay ngayon lang nakaranas ng* winter."
“When we first dated nine years ago, we were young and immature. But looking back at it now, I truly believe that God had bigger plans for us. Somehow, I had this unexplainable feeling that we were meant for each other,” Alfred starts off in the video.
Verniece shared a prayer she once asked from God, even posting this on her Instagram account the next day, “I was always the type of girl who never believed in love. After getting my heart broken many times I never thought the right person would come along. But one night on my 22nd birthday, I called God & made an order. Dear God, 1 large order of loves me unconditionally with a side of malambing and hardworking, sprinkled with kilig. Note to Rider: Please remove unfaithfulness. Fast forward to 2017, little did I know my prince charming would be packaged in a Chinese take out box.”
“Alf, in front of God and our loved ones, I vow to be faithful to you and make our family a priority. I vow to accept and love you unconditionally and stay by your side,” she continues.
“Nine years later, we are standing here at the altar, saying our vows. It is because of you that my faith in God grew stronger than ever before. It is because of him that we are together at this moment,” shares Alfred, adding, “I vow to be like my dad to my mom, and make you*landi* all the time.”
“To make you happy every day just like when we first met. We’ll be best friends until we’re old and gray. Thank you for being the man I was proud to bring home to my parents, the man who made me better, and the man who proved them that there is a man out there who is right for me,” a grateful Verniece shares.
The video ends with the two of them kissing outside the church after getting married. Jason chose the song “Habang Buhay” by Zack Tabudio, but, this time, sung by Tara, mixed and produced by Francis “Ringmaster” Lorenzo.
