Even Makati's rich may apply for P5,000 aid --Binay

Marami ho di naman tinatanggap pero para hindi para sa kanila yung pera," she added. Binay said the local government will start crediting the aid to resident's "Makatizen" cards starting May 15, Friday. Meanwhile, residents who are not yet card holders may apply through the Makati Web Portal, mobile app or forms from barangay officials, the mayor said. "Kaunting pasensya lang po kasi mahirap po iyong dumadagsa sa internet. Nabubulunan po iyong aming portal." Binay said at least P2.7 billion were allotted for the program and assured that all qualified residents will be given cash aid. "Hindi po ito 'while supplies last'. Hindi ho kailangang mag-unahan tayo na mag-apply dahil in-assess na po namin more or less kung ilan po ang qualified at magkano po ang kailangan namin. Wala hong mauubusan, basta po qualified."
