DOH records 15 more COVID-19 cases, total cases in PH now 202; 7 recoveries, 17 deaths

The Department of Health (DOH) recorded 15 more cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the country, with the total reaching 202 as of 12 noon of Wednesday (March 18).
DOH, in its COVID-19 Case Bulletin #004 released 4:00 pm, Wednesday, also reported that three more COVID-19 patients have died, bringing total deaths to 17.
The patients were PH201, a 58-year-old man from Lanao del Sur with travel history to Malaysia; PH57, a 65-year-old male from Pasig City with travel history with London; and PH160, an 86-year-old female from San Juan.
Meanwhile, DOH also reported three recoveries, bringing the total of patients who recovered from COVID-19 to seven.
The patients were PH15, a 24-year-old from Makati; PH26, a 34-year-old from Camarines Sur who was among the repatriates from the M/V Diamond Princess cruise ship; and PH13, a 24-year-old from Quezon City.
