COVID-19 active cases in Bulacan breach 2,000

The Provincial Health Office (PHO) in Bulacan has recorded a total of 2,515 COVID-19 active cases after logging 667 new cases on Sunday, Jan. 9.

The PHO said that the total number of COVID-19 cases now in Bulacan is 94,505 with recoveries at 90,504.

No new deaths were reported, leaving the total number of COVID-19-related fatalities still at 1,486.

The PHO recorded a total of 722 new laboratory results.

Gov. Daniel R. Fernando reminded Bulakenyos to take extra precautions and strictly follow the minimum health protocols to avoid the dangers posed by the new variant of COVID-19.
