By Franco Regala
As a measure to mitigate the spread of coronavirus disease in the country, Clark International Airport (CRK) management said it is temporarily suspending all commercial carriers flying out of Clark starting Friday (April 3).
In its latest advisory, CRK also said P2P bus operations will be temporarily suspended.
The management said they are supportive of the government’s efforts to “flatten the curve” as COVID-19 cases and deaths continue to pile up in almost all regions of the country.
Meanwhile, Clark airport will continue to be operational to service essential cargo flights.
The CRK management thanked and lauded all frontliners, notably the CRK team members “who continuously serve the public during these challenging times.”
In the advisory, airport management also said: “CRK will continuously post any updates received from our partner airlines. Passengers are also encouraged to connect with their airlines for specific flight updates.
