Celebrities react to Boy Abunda's interview with VP Leni Robredo

Several other stars echoed the disappointment of veteran actress Rita Avila regarding the manner by which Boy Abunda conducted his recent interview with Vice President Leni Robredo.

Nikki Valdez tweeted: "Let Ma’am speak please!!!"

In another post, she reiterated: "Ang dami gusto sabihin ni VP... Hindi siya natatapos!!! (pleading face emojis) Tito Boy, patapusin niyo naman..."

Jim Paredes pointed out that Leni was "great" and that Boy was "wanting."

"Always interrupting. Too soft kay Bleng2, practically feeding him," he added.

Edu Manzano's post read: "Leni deserves a lot more credit.... Good job!"

On the other hand, Agot shared, "Leni Lutang? Lutang na lutang ang galing! Lutang na lutang ang husay!"

Recall that Rita posted: “Mr. Boy Abunda, I love you but I feel something heavy while you are talking to VP Leni. You keep on cutting her and you act like you are against what she is saying. Mas respectful and decent ka kala Sen Ping (Panfilo Lacson) and BBM (Bongbong Marcos). Sorry friend, I am not the only one who felt this.”

Rita reiterated that despite the treatment, Leni is still a “winner” for being “truthful” and “frank.”
