Cebu Pacific has announced free rebooking for passengers booking flights and traveling from March 10 to 31.

For passengers who booked local and international travel from March 10 to 31, they can rebook their flights for free. However, fare difference may apply.
For passengers who will book new flights from March 10 to 31 regardless of travel date and route, they can avail of the CEB Flexi for free. This option allows passengers to rebook their flights up to two times, and up to two hours before departure. Fare difference may apply.
According to Cebu Pacific, preventive measures against the risk of infection from the COVID-19 are intact including the disinfection of their aircraft, regular cleaning, and providing their crew with Personnel Protective Equipment such as face masks, gloves, and disinfectants, and the use of HEPA air filters that block 99.99% of contaminants and viruses.
It also imposed restrictions on transferring seats during flights.
Passengers may call Cebu Pacific hotline at +632-8702-0888 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. (PH local time), daily, or go to their website https://book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve and click “Manage Booking” portal that will be available starting on March 11.
