The Bureau of Customs (BOC) at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) has organized a One Stop Shop (OSS) to further expedite emergency goods importations, particularly Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
(BOC NAIA / MANILA BULLETIN)
The setting up of the OSS aims to assist stakeholders by expediting the release of imported relief goods, articles, equipment, and medical supplies which are intended as donations and attend to all inquiries and concerns related to the importation of PPE and other emergency goods.
The OSS will also be responsible in coordinating with other government agencies in processing donated relief goods and emergency medical equipment.
Customs Commissioner Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero had earlier ordered the expeditious release of medical and PPE shipments that will be used to contain the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
For inquiries and concerns, stakeholders may visit the One-Stop-Shop located at NAIA Customhouse building or you may directly contact BOC NAIA Feedback Team at 0932-8443390 or 09661473166 or email [email protected].
