Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III said the decision to allow the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) to return to Hong Kong and Macau is up to the Department of Health (DOH).

Bello said they are closely coordinating with DOH on the matter of when to allow the OFW's to travel back to Hong Kong and Macau. Pinoy workers who were affected with the travel ban due to the 2019 novel corona virue or 2019 nCoV ARD outbreak were provided with P10, 000 financial assistance from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).
