The Asian Hospital and Medical Center (MMC) on Thursday (April 2) said a total of 11 of its patients have recovered from COVID-19.
The hospital reported on its Facebook page that as of 5 p.m. of April 1, 11 of its patients “improved or recovered from COVID-19” and have been discharged.
“With this, let us continue to do our essential role in the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 by practicing hand hygiene, social distancing, and staying at home,” it urged the public.
Despite the latest recoveries, the hospital said it remains in “full capacity,” while 13 of its professional and hospital staff remain in quarantine.
Currently, the hospital has in admission 34 COVID-19 patients and 29 persons under investigation (PUIs), among whom 15 are currently placed in the intensive care unit as of 8 a.m. of April 2.
A total of 13 COVID-19 patients have already died at the hospital.
