Angeles City appropriates P88 million for mass testing

(ANGELES CITY PIO / MANILA BULLETIN) According to the city government, this would be in preparation for the mass testing of residents here in the city, which is eyeing to buy 30,000 rapid testing kits, previously approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), that would be used at RLMMC. The city government has issued guidelines to first assess patients in dedicated triage area to determine to which sub-group they belong. This will tag individuals to “at-risk” groups who shall be prioritized in the testing. Another the objective of the testing is to identify asymptomatic individuals especially the front line workers. But it has the most number of suspected cases in Pampanga with 169.
