GENERAL LUNA, Siargao Island – Nine patients under investigation (PUIs) in the Surigao provinces have tested negative for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), a head official here said Thursday.
According to Department of Health (DOH) Caraga Regional Director Jose Llacuna, the negative results came from the Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) in Davao City.
These results pertained to the six PUIs confined at the Caraga Regional Hospital in Surigao City in Surigao del Norte, and three at the Adella Sierra Ty Memorial Hospital in Tandag City in Surigao del Sur.
