All the 22 OFWs and 53 LSIs tested negative for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
According to Councilor Cindy Tan-Rojas, chairperson of the Action Team on Non-overseas Filipino worker (OFW), the LSIs were those stranded in Cebu during the community quarantine.
“They are all 100 percent COVID-free,” she said.
She thanked the returnees for their cooperation, and also expressed her gratitude to those who facilitated their stay in a school for two weeks.
Meanwhile, the 22 OFWs were among the third batch of OFWs who finished their quarantine here.
These individuals will still have to undergo another two-week quarantine at home.
