3-month old boy in La Union recovers from COVID-19 in La Union

By Erwin Beleo SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union – A three-month old boy has recovered from the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and has been discharged from the City’s Isolation Facility here on Wednesday, May 20. (ERWIN BELEO / MANILA BULLETIN) (ERWIN BELEO / MANILA BULLETIN) According to a statement from the office of City Mayor Alfredo Pablo R. Ortega, the infant was admitted at the Ilocos Training Regional and Medical Center last April 27. His first negative result came last May 13, and the second confirmatory result on May 19. “We celebrate another victory for our city, let us not put our guard down and continue to work together to keep our city healthy, peaceful and clean,” Ortega in his statement.
