200 PUIs test negative for Covid-19

Almost 200 patients under investigation (PUI) in the Philippines tested negative for the coronavirus disease 2019 (CoViD-2019), DZBB reported Wednesday.

Health authorities are still waiting for the results of the 183 samples sent to the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM). A 44-year-old man from Wuhan, China who was among the confirmed positive cases in the country died last Feb. 1, making him the first novel coronavirus related-death outside of China.
