1,000 San Dionisio residents tested for coronavirus

By Rizal Obanil The local government of Parañaque conducted coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) tests on more than 1,000 residents of Barangay San Dionisio Saturday. (MANILA BULLETIN) (MANILA BULLETIN) A report by ABS-CBN said that 78 residents tested positive for COVID-19 and immediately underwent a confirmatory test. Those who test positive will also be brought to an isolation facility. The local government of Parañaque also designated a separate isolation facility for those who are symptomatic. It can be recalled that since Thursday, nine areas in Barangay San Dionisio were placed under a 3-day “reasonable and calibrated” lockdown after the confirmed cases there reached 117 with 2 deaths and 75 recoveries. The local government of Parañaque appealed to their constituents to abide by all health protocols set by both the local and national government.
