Two Visayas-based volunteer groups initially supporting the presidential bid of former senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr. have reportedly shifted their loyalties to Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso.

At least 50 representatives from Marcos Pa Rin (MPR) and Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) joined the Visayas for Isko-Sara Alliance (VISA), a group supporting Domagoso as president and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte as vice president.
The members signed the manifesto of support during a ceremony held at the Zuri Hotel in Iloilo City on Monday, April 11.
VISA underscored the importance of making the best choice in the coming elections, especially in this time of pandemic.
The group said it decided to support the Domagoso and Sara tandem as they are both ”top performing mayors” in their respective cities and are both Bisaya imbued with a “brave and God-fearing heart."
“Henceforth, (we) commit ourselves to work together and ensure its victory in the May 9 National and Local Elections,” they said.
A total of 15 groups initially formed VISA during its launching last February 18 in Cebu City.
These are SIMBA, Partido Pananghiusa, Inisyatiba Makabayang Pagbabago, Isulong Serbisyo sa Katawhan nga Organisado (ISKO) Alang Isko, Ikaw Muna Pilipinas, Ordinaryong Lungsoranon, Task Force Crusaders, Duterte Riders Team, F4, Samar Group for Isko, CIGOTON, Isko Na Bai, Blue Ladies for Isko and Women for Isko.
VISA also dismissed survey results that showed Domagososo in the middle of the rankings.
“We don’t believe in surveys, and there are surveys that are just for mind-conditioning,” said, Jose Daluz, president of Partido Panaghiusa.
