LOOK: Cebu solon shows off washboard abs in poolside pic

Summer time means it's the perfect opportunity for some frolicking in the swimming pool. That was on top Cebu 5th district Rep. Vincent Franco "Duke" Frasco's agenda this sweltering Sunday, March 26. But before the congressman cannonballed into the water, he had this picture of him taken poolside and posted it on Facebook with the caption, "Happy Sunday everyone." Rep. Frasco, the husband of Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Christina Frasco, is a deputy speaker in the House of Representatives in the current 19th Congress.
