Hollywood star Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth announce divorce two days before 12th wedding anniversary

Actress Reese Witherspoon announced her divorce from her husband, talent agent Jim Toth, just two days before their 12th wedding anniversary. Witherspoon, 47, and Toth, 52, made the announcement on Instagram. Her full post: "We have some personal news to share... "It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce. "We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created together. "Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter. These matters are never easy and are extremely personal. We truly appreciate everyone's respect for our family's privacy at this time."
But the mirror.co.uk reported that no records of a divorce filing could be found in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The celebrity couple got married in California on March 26, 2011. They have a son, Tennessee James, 10.Â
Witherspoon was previously married to actor Ryan Phillippe in 1999. But they divorced in 2006. They have two children, Ava and Deacon.
Witherspoon is one of the highest-paid actresses in Hollywood. She currently stars in the award-winning Apple TV series "The Morning Show" and "Your Place or Mine" on Netflix.
She rose to fame for her role as Elle Woods in "Legally Blonde" (2001) and its sequel in 2003.
In 2005, Witherspoon won an Oscar for best actress for the biopic "Walk The Line."
