These swimsuits are a gem

Tweetie de Leon-Gonzalez collaborates with Patti Manuel-Go on the TdLG x The Shape Shop Swim line

Following the encouraging reception to the first collaborative collection between Patti Manuel-Go of The Shape Shop and Tweetie de Leon-Gonzalez’s TdLG in 2018, they have come together once again to offer new designs in time for summer. In the resumption of their partnership, Patti spearheads manufacturing and production while Tweetie provides the creative direction.
Initially meant for March of 2020, the TdLG x The Shape Shop Swim line had been pushed back due to the unexpected global lockdown. The years in between gave Tweetie time to rethink the designs, which take into consideration what women want for themselves in terms of comfort and style.
The collection consists of six different styles, three of which are one-piece suits while the others are bikinis. Each style comes in three different colorways, mostly in soft, pleasing hues with just a few bright yet flattering tones. Some of the suits use semi-precious stones like corals, apatites, carnelians, muscovites, and multicolored tiger’s eye as design features, turning the garments into unique, collectible treasures.
The TdLG x The Shape Shop Swim 2023 collection will be available starting today, March 25, at the Rhett Eala Concept Store at Greenbelt 5 in Makati City.
