The entire archipelago may experience warm and humid weather as partly cloudy to cloudy weather persists this weekend, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Friday, March 24.
The easterlies, or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, may bring partly cloudy to cloudy weather with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms across the country.
However, the public is advised to remain vigilant as severe thunderstorms may also cause flash floods or landslides, especially in areas prone to these hazards.
Throughout next week, PAGASA said Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and Mindanao may experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
The rest of the country will be sunny to partly cloudy and may experience warm and humid weather, it added.
However, PAGASA said there is still a chance of isolated rain showers, mostly in the eastern part of the country.
